Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality body treatments including body scrubs, wraps, and massages according to strict spa standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and consult with clients to recommend suitable treatments.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and inviting treatment room at all times.
- Properly clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and products.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols strictly.
- Upsell spa products and package deals to guests to maximize revenue.
- Keep detailed records of client preferences and treatment notes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Body Treatment Instructor or Therapist.
- Diploma/Sertifikat in Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy, or Body Care.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and body care products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standard of personal hygiene and professional grooming.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
