Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct PCR Testing: Perform Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) analysis on shrimp tissue samples to detect viral pathogens (e.g., WSSV, IMNV, EHP).
- Plankton Analysis: Identify and quantify plankton populations using microscopy to assess pond water health and trophic status.
- Water Quality Monitoring: Regularly test and analyze physico-chemical parameters of pond water to prevent environmental stress.
- Report Generation: Compile accurate diagnostic reports and health assessments for farmers and management.
- Laboratory Maintenance: Maintain strict biosafety standards, sterilize equipment, and manage reagent inventory.
- Field Support: Occasionally visit ponds to collect samples and provide technical guidance to farm staff.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Marine Biology, Aquaculture, Biology, or Microbiology.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with laboratory procedures, specifically PCR techniques and microscopy.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of shrimp pathology and aquatic ecosystem dynamics.
- Language: Proficiency in Indonesian and English (reading/writing preferred).
- Attributes: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a lab setting.
