As a key member of our Digital Assurance Division, you'll architect proactive risk frameworks that protect digital assets while enabling innovation. This Jakarta-based role offers unparalleled exposure to cutting-edge security technologies and high-stakes compliance environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT risk management frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and local regulations
- Lead enterprise risk assessments for cloud migrations, AI implementations, and IoT deployments
- Collaborate with CISO to establish KPIs for risk appetite and mitigation effectiveness
- Conduct tabletop simulations for ransomware, data breaches, and supply chain attacks
- Present risk dashboards to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Mentor junior risk analysts and cross-functional security teams
- Drive continuous improvement of risk detection capabilities using AI/ML analytics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years in IT risk management with 4+ years in leadership roles
- Certified in CRISC, CISM, or CISSP with proven track record
- Deep expertise in financial services risk frameworks (OJK/BI regulations)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian data protection laws (PDP Law)
- Strong analytical skills with risk quantification methodologies
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for stakeholder communications
- Master's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, or related field
