Tanggung Jawab
- Mentor and guide students in spiritual development, Quranic studies, and Islamic practices
- Design and implement character-building programs aligned with Islamic values
- Monitor academic progress and provide personalized educational support
- Organize extracurricular activities fostering Islamic community engagement
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate Islamic principles in curriculum
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings regarding student development
- Lead Friday sermons (khutbah) and religious assemblies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress and counseling sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree in Islamic Education (Tarbiyah) or equivalent field
- Certification in Islamic counseling or Islamic boarding school education preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience as pembina santri or Islamic educator
- Deep understanding of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and Quranic sciences
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Javanese
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in youth mentoring
- Certification in first aid and crisis management
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and educational technology
