Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for technical roles
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry events
- Build and maintain relationships with key talent in the technology sector
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to optimize sourcing effectiveness
- Identify and leverage new sourcing channels and technologies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify ideal candidates
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing technical candidates
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and current trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
