  • Maintain and expand relationships with enterprise clients in Jakarta region
  • Act as primary technical liaison between clients and internal R&D teams
  • Develop deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance and troubleshooting
  • Identify growth opportunities and upsell solutions based on client needs
  • Create and execute strategic account plans with measurable success metrics
  • Facilitate technical workshops and product demonstrations
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on account health

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years experience in technical account management or customer success
  • Strong technical aptitude with SaaS/enterprise software experience
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in client retention and upselling
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Certification in AWS or Azure preferred
