Tanggung Jawab
- Apply body filler compounds with precision to repair vehicle dents, scratches, and imperfections
- Sand and prepare surfaces to achieve seamless, factory-quality finishes
- Collaborate with painters to ensure optimal adhesion and color matching
- Inspect and document repair quality using advanced measurement tools
- Maintain equipment and safety protocols in compliance with industry standards
- Train junior technicians on advanced filler application techniques
- Estimate repair timelines and material requirements for complex projects
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience as professional body filler in automotive industry
- Expertise in polyester filler, epoxy putty, and glazing compound application
- Proficiency in hand-sanding techniques and power tools (DA sanders, longboard)
- Certification in automotive body repair (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of substrate preparation and product compatibility
- Ability to read technical drawings and repair specifications
- Physical stamina for extended standing and manual work in workshop environment
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality finish work required
