Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional brake bleeding procedures on premium vehicles using advanced equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex hydraulic system issues including air pockets and pressure inconsistencies
- Conduct comprehensive brake system inspections and fluid quality assessments
- Document maintenance procedures using our digital service management system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of specialized brake service bays
- Train junior technicians on bleeding protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with parts department for optimal fluid and component selection
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive brake systems with specialization in bleeding procedures
- Certification in ABS/ESC systems and hydraulic diagnostics
- Expertise in bleeding methods for premium brands (BMW, Mercedes, Audi)
- Proficiency with pressure bleeders and vacuum extraction tools
- Deep understanding of DOT fluid specifications and compatibility
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex hydraulic issues
